Medical Coverage
Varying levels of cost and coverage among the medical plan options allow you to select the option that is right for you and your family. You can choose medical coverage under one of the following:
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan options
Health Maintenance Organization/Exclusive Provider Organization
(HMO/EPO) plan options, if available in your geographic area

Vision benefits include annual eye exams, coverage for glasses or contact lenses, discounts on LASIK surgery, and much more.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
You can make before-tax contributions to two different Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): the health care FSA and the Dependent Day Care FSA. FSA's allow you to pre-tax money to pay certain health care and dependent day care expenses.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
The long-term disability(LTD) plan provides you with income replacement if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to disability. You can elect LTD coverage in one of three coverage levels.
401K (ESIP)
Administered by the Vanguard Group, includes matching
contributions from ESCO Technologies
Stock Purchases Plan (ESPP)
Employees may purchase shares of ESCO common stock
through payroll deduction. Employee purchases are matched
