This series of filters is designed to withstand up to 4500 psid pressure drop; housings are made from either 304L or 17-4 PH Stainless Steel with a 304L Stainless Steel filter element. Filters are available in 2 to 300 micron ratings and can be used in systems up to 10,000 psig depending on fitting selection. The microweave pleated filter element can be backflushed or cleaned using other methods to extend the useful life of the filter. The element is suitable for virtually any fluid service compatible with Stainless Steel. It will withstand cryogenic temperatures of -423°F and elevated temperatures to +800°F depending on seal material. This filter series may be used with water, hydraulic fluids, pneumatic applications, chemicals, hydrazine, nitrogen tetroxide, UDMH, jet fuels, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen fluids and various other fluid media.
End ports may be selected from a choice of MS
33649, MS 33656, male and female pipe threads (NPT).
