This filter series features aluminum anodized housings with epoxy or welded element construction. Collapse pressures vary from 150 to 3250 psid depending on element construction. Filter ratings from 1 to 300 microns nominal are available. Elements can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement without removing the housing from its installation. The Stainless Steel micromesh elements provide positive cutoff and are capable of withstanding cryogenic temperatures as low as -423°F and elevated temperatures as high as +800°F, limited by element construction and seal material selection. Filters are suitable for pneumatic applications, for use with hydraulic fluids, fuels and other fluids compatible with the aluminum housing and 304 Stainless Steel elements. Options available include differential pressure ports, visual differential pressure indicators and bypass relief valves.
End port fittings may be selected from MS 33649, female pipe threads (NPT) or may be ordered to suit individual customer requirements. Relief valve and differential pressure gage or indicator options are also available.
With operating pressures up to 3000 psi, this 2024-T351
aluminum anodized housing is combined with a 304L Stainless Steel
element that has a minimum collapse pressure of 3250 psid. The
filter is available in 1 to 300 micron ratings. The design
permits easy removal of the element for cleaning or replacement
without removing the housing from its installation. The micronic
cloth element provides positive cutoff and is capable of
withstanding cryogenic temperatures as low as -423°F and
elevated temperatures to 800°F, limited only by seal material.
The filter is suitable for use with hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel
and cryogenic liquids compatible with the housing and element.
End port fittings can be MS 33649, female pipe threads (NPT) or
special ordered to meet customer requirements.
