This filter features a 300 series Stainless Steel housing with welded element construction capable of withstanding 4500 psid minimum element collapse differential pressure.
1 to 300 micron nominal filter ratings are available.
Rated MIL-H-5606 hydraulic fluid flow rates up to 16 gpm and air flow rates, at 3000 psi, up to 1000 scfm. Pressure drop at rated flow is less than 10 psid.
Elements can be removed easily for cleaning or replacement without removing the housing head from its installation. The pleated filter element provides positive contaminant control and is capable of withstanding cryogenic temperatures from -423°F to elevated temperatures of +800°F. It is suitable for use in any fluid media compatible with 300 series Stainless Steel material. End port fittings may be selected from MS 33649, female pipe threads (NPT) or ordered to suit individual customer requirements. Differential pressure gage or indicator and relief valve options are also available. Two holes are provided on the housing head to mount the filter if necessary.
