WINTEC disc filters are designed to provide economical protection for critical components. Filters are manufactured using Double Dutch Twill, type 304L Stainless Steel micronic wire cloth in sizes to suit customer specifications. Pleated designs provide much greater surface areas than flat disc configurations and minimize pressure drop while maximizing contaminant retention capability. The flange can be of a coined wire mesh configuration or include a stainless steel rim. Disc filters have been manufactured in sizes ranging from .310 inches up to 6.25 inches in diameter. Pleated disc filters can be used in any media compatible with 304L Stainless Steel. Operating pressure is a function of installation with applications up to 6000 PSI.
