As part of ESCO’s business strategy, VACCO’s Aircraft product line was moved to our sister company, PTI in 2019. PTI’s Product Line, facilities and people are dedicated to Aircraft products, and have a working atmosphere and culture very similar to VACCO.

VACCO has participated in some of the leading aircraft programs with fully qualified filters, bleed air and fuel valves, including the following:

General Electric T-700 / CT7 Engine: AISBV
As the original designer, VACCO Industries supplied thousands of Anti-Ice Start Bleed Valves to industry for use on several versions of the T-700 and CT7 engine programs used on Apache, Blackhawk, Jayhawk and Seahawk helicopters, as well as the Saab 340 aircraft.

Boeing Military Aircraft F-15
VACCO has been manufacturing the F-15 In-Flight Refueling Receptacle for Boeing and international requirements for many years.

Bell - Boeing V-22 Osprey
VACCO introduced several fuel valves for the Osprey V-22 tilt-rotor aircraft.

Sikorsky SH-60
VACCO manufactures various qualified fuel valve configurations used on current production programs.

Grumman A-6 Intruder (and all Navy aircraft)
VACCO has a qualified design for the MS24356-2B refueling nozzle used in various Navy aircraft.

Boeing KC-10
VACCO has a qualified Boom Bypass fuel valve used on the KC-10 tanker.

Grumman F-14
VACCO has numerous qualified fuel valves on the Grumman F-14 Tomcat aircraft.
