Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs from inception to completion. Primary customer contact for program activities and review sessions to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance.
Plans all program activities, i.e Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan/Schedule (IMP/IMS), estimating, resource planning, financial and contractual requirements. Provide effective direction, leadership and team building. Prepare reports to management regarding cost and schedule variances, establish risk assessment, coordinate all program, technical and design reviews. Prepare monthly Estimates to complete (ETCs) and Earned Value (EV).
Proven record of program management, capable of developing integrated program plans, master schedules including critical path analysis. Strong communication skills, understanding of Finance, Operations and Contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Expertise in MS Project, MS Office, Earned Value Management and MIL-HDBK-881. A B.S. degree in Engineering, Business or Finance. Minimum five (5) years of progressive Program Management experience.
