VACCO Industries’ highly skilled team of technicians build, assemble and test robustly engineered designs to deliver World Class Quality Products to our customers. VACCO’s technicians are trained and certified for special processes to meet the latest specifications of the military and NASA.

Machine Shop

VACCO’s manufacturing facility includes a 20,000 square foot machine shop, which is home to highly efficient, leading-edge machines. These machines are used and maintained by qualified craftsmen who not only have precise machining experience, but also have expert-level knowledge of most materials, including the following:

• Titanium
• Inconel
• Aluminum
• Monel
• Stainless steel, and more

Assembly & Test

VACCO’s manufacturing facility has more than 4,500 square feet dedicated to clean rooms that meet or exceed all requirements of ISO 14664, Class 7; plus, nearly 4,000 square feet dedicated to our Navy Assembly & Test area.

Testing performed here includes:

• Complete fuel and red oil test facilities
• Compressed air, nitrogen and helium high-flow pressure test facilities
• High-flow water test facility
• Naval acoustic testing capabilities
• Thermal and thermal-vacuum testing
• Load (compressed/tension) testing up to 20,000 pounds

• FAA repair station
